Know your rancher, know your beef, know your family is in good hands. 

It's grass-fed and grain-finished with a flavor that speaks for itself. 
We start with superior Angus cattle which give us the 
basis of good beef...genetics.    

Then, we pasture our cattle on New Mexico grasslands and finish them with a ration of corn
 and hay that fine-tunes the marbling and enhances the flavor of the beef. 

After harvest, the beef is dry-aged a minimum of twenty-one days, the final step in
the process of producing the most decadent beef we know.

We produce a premium product because we care for our animals...personally. This means that we raise beef in small batches, and we keep it free from anything we would not feed our own families. 

Our cattle graze some of the best ranchland in the country, then finish up on locally-sourced grain, and that’s about it. No antibiotics and no hormones.

We care for our cattle not just because it is our living. We care for them because they make a way of life for us. We have a vested interest in doing it well.  
We are fifth-generation ranchers, so we come from a long line of people who love beef.

We love everything about it, from the first calf born in the spring, to the way that ranching shapes how we raise our kids, to the fact that a really good steak or burger calls for a get-together.  

Producing good beef demands good stewardship, and that is good for all of us. There are no shortcuts, but that’s probably the reason you are on this page…because taking shortcuts has been bad for both producers and consumers. Let’s get things back to the way they were, the way they were meant to be.
