We are fifth-generation ranchers, so we come from a long line of people who love beef.
We love everything about it, from the first calf born in the spring, to the way that ranching shapes how we raise our kids, to the fact that a really good steak or burger calls for a get-together.
Producing good beef demands good stewardship, and that is good for all of us. There are no shortcuts, but that’s probably the reason you are on this page…because taking shortcuts has been bad for both producers and consumers.
